Panasonic Elugna U: Quite Impressive smartphone

Panasonic launched its new smartphone in India name as Panasonic Elugna U. According to Panasonic, Elugna means “Elegant User Interface Gateway”. This mobiles is more similarly with the Google Nexus 4. The phone has Glass on front and back, same as Nexus  4. This smartphone don’t have much new specs and features, it is almost similar to any other smartphone.

Screen and Design:
The smartphone has a 5-inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass with the resolution of 720×1280-pixel. This attractive Panasonic has used Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the front side and back side used anti-shatter crystal glass. The build quality is more impressive according to price.
Hardware:
Panasonic’s new slim smartphone comes with a 1.2Ghz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor coupled which has  2GB RAM. Further more, you also get 16GB of internal storage with the option of expansion using microSD card (up to 32GB supported). It has more connectivity option like 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi along with proximity and gyro sensors.
Camera and other features:
The Eluga U support a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with an LED flash, and a 2-megapixel secondary front-facing camera, which is quite enough to take few images outdoors using the front camera. Overall, the first impressions of the camera is quite average.
Performance:
The overall performance of the device to be much pretty. Finally, smartphone manufacturers are realizing the advantages of stock Android. The performance seems smooth and we think this partially a result of the Android KitKat launcher.
